DAY 1: ŠOLTA ISLAND

Golden drops of Šolta

As the sun travels through its celestial arc, your adventure begins! Arrival on the boat is planned between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, where we welcome you with a smile and a refreshing welcome drink. After settling in and meeting the crew, we raise the sails and set sail towards the magical island of Šolta.

Our journey takes us to the beautiful cove of Nečujam, known for its turquoise waters and peaceful surroundings. After anchoring, the first step in discovering the secrets of this island awaits you.

Cruising through the roads of Šolta, we reach a place where olives tell their story. Here, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of exceptional olive oils and take a walk through the olive groves with an expert guide. Every drop of oil holds within it history, tradition, and love for this ancient tree. After the olive oil, we move on to wine – because what is Šolta without tasting the local wines? Across the way, in a local winery, a treat for the palate awaits: four premium wines accompanied by snacks of local delicacies such as salted and marinated anchovies, olives, and olive pâté. A perfect setting for relaxation and socializing before returning to the boat.

DAY 2: ISLAND VIS

Secret flavors of Vis

The morning begins with a relaxing breakfast as the sun gently warms the coast. Afterward, we sail towards the Pakleni Islands, a paradise archipelago perfect for swimming and enjoying lunch amidst crystal-clear seas.

After lunch, we continue towards Vis, where we dock the boat at a peaceful buoy. We will spend the evening in the Secret Kitchen – in the privacy of the restaurant. Our hosts will show you how to prepare some dishes, and while you enjoy homemade brandies, you will also participate in the preparation! The evening becomes a true gastronomic experience. You will be served homemade brandies, soups, various delicacies from Croatian regions, and local desserts.

Of course, we will finish the experience with wines from the island of Vis to demonstrate how our food and wine complement each other.
The day ends with smiles and memories of the rich flavors of Vis and time spent enjoying traditional specialties.

Discover Croatia’s breathtaking coast through gourmet experiences, boutique wineries, and unforgettable sunsets.

DAY 3: HVAR ISLAND

Lazy wine day

After the second day spent at the buoy, you will feel that the land is no longer needed for a peaceful sleep! A fragrant breakfast will await you, followed by a refreshing swim in the sea. We have a leisurely day of sailing ahead, heading to the island of Hvar and one of the most beautiful coves on the island.

There, we will spend the rest of the afternoon, with a wine tasting for lunch, swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, or reading a book. In the evening, we will head to a local restaurant where you will taste various wines from the island of Hvar and enjoy a traditional Croatian dish called “peka.” Whether it’s meat, fish, or octopus with potatoes and vegetables, cooked under an iron bell and covered with ash – we’re sure you’ll be delighted with the taste!

A good peka is always paired with excellent wine, and here you’ll try four! Food and wine pairing – checked!

DAY 4: hvar island

Over the mountains into the field

We start the day with a relaxing breakfast, followed by a morning reserved for swimming and enjoying the sea. The sun and sea will open your appetite, and we will serve a delicious lunch before heading to the town of Stari Grad – a town that has stood strong for 2400 years.

The adventure begins with quad bike rentals, and we head off to explore this magical island. The ride lasts about two hours, offering an opportunity to explore hidden nature and stunning views. The Hvar peak of Sv. Nikola will take your breath away!

After the ride, we arrive at a homestead in the middle of the Hvar field! Have you ever had dinner in such a location? Our hosts will be waiting to hold a private cooking class for us. The restaurant is open only for us, and the atmosphere is intimate and special. During the program, we will prepare traditional three-course dishes – the menu includes a sauce based on their grandmother’s old recipe with crispy bruschetta, followed by octopus stew as the main dish, and a delicious dessert to finish. All this will be accompanied by tastings of their homemade brandies and red and white wines from their small local winery.

The day ends in a pleasant gathering with food and drinks, with flavors telling a story of tradition and love for the island.

DAY 5: Brač & Hvar island

Terra arhaica

Waking up in Stari Grad, a morning coffee and breakfast are the perfect foundation for the day ahead! We raise the sails and travel to Bol, one of the most picturesque places on Brač. There, we will visit the “Stina” winery, known for its tradition, unique taste, and bottle labels!
After the wine story, it’s time to eat, and then we continue towards Jelsa on the island of Hvar. From there, we head to a magical Dalmatian traditional homestead. Expect a true homey atmosphere, hosts in folk costumes, plenty of stories and tales – of course, with figs and brandy to start. After that, guests will participate in preparing the meal. Corn is ground, gnocchi are made by the fireplace, and olive oils are tasted in stone chamber. The evening ends as it should – with dinner prepared by ourselves, coffee, and traditional Hvar desserts. You will learn to make dishes that you can replicate when you return home and share part of your experience “through the stomach” with your family and friends.

DAY 6: Brač island

Lamb on a spike at the old man's haven

After a fulfilling previous day, we will enjoy a light sail and swimming at hidden spots. During lunch, wines from Croatian regions will be presented, and you can leisurely enjoy the sun and sea! On the island of Brač, we will anchor in a cove without signal, where we will have dinner at a “local man’s” restaurant. Our hosts will welcome you with their specialty – lamb on a spike or fish on the grill. With homemade potatoes and salad, your stomach will thank them for their light wine.

A perfect day for relaxation and enjoying the simple joys of life at sea.

DAY 7: Inland Croatia

Return to the past

If the morning is any indication, this will definitely be a special day! After waking up in a beautiful cove, breakfast, and swimming, we will sail to the last cove of our journey. At the beautiful Fumija, we will serve lunch with wine tastings and take you on the last historical adventure of our trip.

The Biblical Garden, a place that tells the story of the history and origins of the famous Crljenak, Dobričić, and Zinfandel. With three premium wines and snacks, you will enjoy a unique lecture in this special setting. Even the Pope blessed one of the olive trees, which was then planted in this garden. After gaining new knowledge, we will head to the estate, where a top-class dinner awaits with the best view!

Breathe in, breathe out – absorb all the flavors and scents you’ve experienced on the journey, let them enrich your heart, and let them stay with you forever – and never forget Croatia.
